The map
How my content runs
One monthly plan in. Posts on four platforms out. AI agents do the production; I make the decisions.
HolyReels, the Catholic education channel I run, has 48,000+ followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. This is the system behind it, step by step, with what the agents do and what I still do myself.
- 1
Plan
Agents, then meAn agent drafts the month's plan from the channel's own analytics. I approve the plan. Agents then build it into a slate, one row per post, and fill it.
- 2
Facts
AgentsEvery quote, date and fact comes from a checked source bank, never from an AI model's memory.
- 3
Build
AgentsAgents write the captions and build the videos and carousels from the slate.
- 4
Review
MeI review each set of videos on one review screen, approving each video or leaving a note on what to change. Nothing is scheduled until I approve it.
- 5
Format
AgentsEach platform gets its own version: its own caption and call to action, a 4:5 crop for feeds, TikTok's 90-character titles, and carousels turned into slideshow videos for TikTok.
- 6
Schedule and check
AgentsPosts go out through one scheduling tool, then get read back from each platform to confirm they're live. A "scheduled" message isn't proof.
- 7
Respond
Agents, then meComment the keyword on Instagram or Facebook and the link arrives by DM automatically. TikTok and YouTube have no DM option, so there it's a reply in the comments. Other replies are drafted by agents and approved by me.
- 8
Report
Agents, then meEvery Monday before 9am, one brief: what needs me, what's queued, what shipped, what's stuck, and the numbers. I decide what to do about it.
What stays human
Four decisions stay mine: the monthly plan, every video, every reply, and what to do about the Monday brief. The agents were never the hard part. Deciding what still needs a person was.
The same shape, for your business
It works for an agency or any business that publishes a lot. Your team reviews and approves instead of producing.
- One source in: a client brief, a product page, a listing, a recorded call.
- A version for each platform, written from your facts, in your voice.
- Your team approves. Nothing posts without a yes.
- Scheduled, confirmed live, and keyword replies handled.
- A Monday brief instead of a dashboard nobody opens.
